> How fast will I get my designs?
Most requests are delivered within 2 business days. More complex work (like full websites or branding packages) may take a bit longer — but you’ll always stay updated on progress.
> How does onboarding work?
Once you subscribe, we’ll set you up with your own Notion or Trello board within a few hours. That’s your dedicated space to add, prioritize, and manage requests. We’ll include simple instructions to help you hit the ground running.
> Who’s behind DoDesignsWithMe?
This is a solo design studio, run end-to-end by me (Prachita). You’ll always work directly with me — no outsourcing, no hand-offs, no missed context.
> Is there a limit to how many requests I can make?
Nope! You can add unlimited requests to your queue. I’ll work through them one at a time in the order you prioritize.
> What if I don’t need design every day?
You can pause your subscription anytime. Say you’ve used 15 out of 30 days — just pause and come back later to use the remaining days. No wasted time or money.
> What if I have a big project?
Larger projects (like full websites or multi-page presentations) will be broken into manageable chunks. You’ll receive progress updates every 24–48 hours until it’s done.
> What tools do you use?
Most designs are created using Figma and Canva, depending on the type of request. Web builds are done in Webflow/ Wix if you opt for development.
> Do you offer website development (Webflow, Wix, Shopify, etc.)?
Absolutely! If you need a website, I can design and develop it using popular tools like Webflow, Wix, Framer, Shopify, or Squarespace — whichever suits your needs and comfort level. Once it’s ready, the website will be handed over to your account, so you have full control. No ongoing subscription is required to maintain it.

> What if I want changes?
No problem! I offer unlimited revisions until you’re happy. Your satisfaction is part of the process.
> What if I only have one request?
Totally fine! Subscribe, get your request done, and pause the plan. Come back whenever you need more — your unused days will wait for you.
> Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are available during the first 7 days if no significant work has been delivered. After that, due to the creative nature of the service, refunds won’t be offered.
> Can I subscribe for just one month?
Absolutely. No long-term commitment. Subscribe for as long as you need, pause when you don’t — flexibility is the whole idea.
